With only three weeks to go before the majority of leagues begin the playoffs, time is of the essence when it comes improving your team. While this week isn’t extremely high on talent at the quarterback and tight end position, there are quite a few running backs and wide receivers listed below that should be able to help your team. In a nutshell, get your ass in gear and get a win this week…Good luck!

Quarterback
I am not necessarily in love with any of the quarterbacks on the waiver wire this week. Below are the ones that have decent, Week 11 matchups and the order I would rank them for streaming purposes.
Tyrod Taylor, Buffalo Bills: Plays the Cincinnati Bengals.
Colin Kaepernick, San Francisco 49ers: Plays the New England Patriots.
Joe Flacco, Baltimore Ravens: Plays the Dallas Cowboys.
Ryan Tannehill: Plays the Los Angeles Rams.
Running Back
James Starks, Green Bay Packers. It took all of one week of James Starks being back in the lineup, before the role of lead back was snagged from Ty Montgomery, and handed back to the veteran, Starks. Starks played on 55 snaps compared to 22 for Montgomery, and while Head Coach, Mike McCarthy has said that it was because Montgomery was on a pitch count due to his sickle cell trait, I think we can expect this split to be similar going forward. Starks doesn’t have the huge upside of some, but he’s a solid back that should have a relatively large role going forward.
CJ Prosise/Thomas Rawls, Seattle Seahawks. Rookie, CJ Prosise is showing the Seahawks that he needs to be a part of this offense. Not only is the former college receiver-turned running back out of Notre Dame a threat to catch the ball, but he led Seattle in rushing attempts this week with 17. Part of his increased role is due to the fact that Christine Michael was banged up, but Michael has logged only ten rushing attempts over the past two games and has been ineffective for the last month. Thomas Rawls could be back as soon as this week and it wouldn’t surprise me if he had a larger role than Michael almost immediately and I see Prosise still handling the majority of third down/receiver work. If you are in a PPR league, I like Prosise better. If it’s a non-PPR league, I give the edge to Rawls.
Other Running Backs to Consider: Robert Kelley, Washington Redskins. Kenneth Dixon, Baltimore Ravens. Paul Perkins, New York Giants. Jeremy Langford, Chicago Bears.
Wide Receiver
Last week, I mentioned Eli Rogers and Rishard Matthews as my top two, waiver wide receiver targets, and since they are still unowned in a majority of leagues, I would put them at the top of my list. Here is the rest of the wide receivers I would consider this week.
Cameron Meredith/Eddie Royal, Chicago Bears. Breaking news…Alshon Jeffery has been suspended four games for a PED violation! For those of you that drafted Alshon, too bad the PEDs didn’t have a bigger, positive effect on him the first few months of the season. With Jeffery now out, it leaves the door open for Cameron Meredith to assume the number one, wide receiver role for the Chicago Bears. He has yet to show that he has built a solid rapport with Jay Cutler, but with Jeffery out of the picture for the next month, they better start working on it ASAP. This news also brings an increase value to Eddie Royal, as he was off to a good start to the season before getting derailed with a toe injury. He returned this week, and although it wasn’t a very productive day for him, he still looks to have an increased role in the future.
Robert Woods, Buffalo Bills. With the Bills having a Week 10 bye, many may have forgotten what Robert Woods was able to accomplish in Week 9. Against a tough, Seahawks defense, Woods was able to have ten receptions for 162 yards and solidify his role as the top target in the Bills’ passing game. The Bills also have a favorable schedule for quarterbacks and wide receivers going forward, and I can easily see Woods perform as a WR3 with a relatively high floor, going forward.
Other Wide Receivers to Consider: Tyreek Hill, Kansas City Chiefs. Breshad Perriman, Baltimore Ravens. Marqise Lee, Jacksonville Jaguars. Jeremy Kerley, San Francisco 49ers.
Tight End
Ladarius Green, Pittsburgh Steelers. It looks as though Ladarius Green is finally ready to start contributing for the Steelers. After missing the first nine weeks of the season to an ankle injury, he made his debut in Week 10 and had three catches for 30 yards against the Cowboys. This late in the season, it’s hard to find a TE1 off the waiver wire, and while I’m not going to say Green will be, he has the physical skill set and potential to be one. Markus Wheaton looks to be out of the picture, Darrius Hayward-Bey is injured and Sammie Coates has been demoted, which could open up opportunities for him to claim a role in the offense. Pittsburgh plays the Browns this week, and Cleveland has given up nine touchdowns to opposing tight ends over the past seven games, which has me licking my lips for this matchup.
Other Tight Ends to Consider: Cameron Brate, Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Vernon Davis, Washington Redskins.
